Read this if: a founder will post publicly and hold it for two-plus quarters. Skip if: no founder will show up. This channel is founder-voice or nothing.
This is the channel where founder voice converts directly into distribution, and where the slop ceiling bites fastest. AI made posting effortless, so the feed filled with effortless posts, which is exactly why a real voice now travels further than ever.
What's changed
Founders post by default. A serious founder has a present, active LinkedIn. Buyers check it before they take a meeting; your feed is part of your diligence surface whether you like it or not.
AI lowered the production tax. Voice note to Claude to a polished post in ten minutes. The friction that kept founders silent is gone, so the founders still silent stand out in the wrong way, and the bar for a post that earns attention went up because everyone can now post.
The algorithm rewards comments. Posts with twenty thoughtful comments outperform posts with two hundred likes. Write posts that invite a specific reply.
“We have this giant Discord community — roughly a million people — where they’re co-imagining things.”

Do this
- Post three times a week as the founder, minimum. Below that you're invisible; above five a week, reach per post drops. Three a week for two quarters beats a burst and a fade.
- Optimize for comments. End every post with something that invites disagreement, follow-up, or a specific experience.
- Use voice notes as your input. Dictate while walking, hand it to Claude, edit for five minutes. It's sustainable, and it preserves the founder's real cadence instead of flattening it into AI-default prose.
- Comment more than you post. Five thoughtful comments a day across your network does more for distribution than a daily post. Almost no one does this.
Don't do this
- Don't post AI-generated content as-is. The tells (perfect symmetry, the em-dash-and-triad rhythm, no real specifics) read as low-effort even when the idea underneath is good.
- Don't outsource the founder's posting to an agency. It always reads as outsourced.
- Don't manufacture virality. One AI-video startup built its growth motion on engineered engagement campaigns and had its main account suspended for platform manipulation. Engineered reach can be revoked; an earned voice compounds.
In practice
Perplexity grew substantially on its founder's own feed. CEO Aravind Srinivas has called X "one of Perplexity's biggest growth drivers." Consistent, opinionated founder posting helped seed a consumer product to millions. (Market example.)
